A milestone month for Cedrus Solutions: a major engagement with MATA Capital, a win at i-Lab, strategic team expansion, and decisive progress on our AI-accelerated decarbonization platform.
Feedback on a 117-asset project
CEDRUS carried out a comprehensive support mission for the ESG and Asset Management teams at MATA CAPITAL, including onboarding on our web app, for their flagship fund Urban Convenience (117 assets).
CEDRUS provided MATA CAPITAL with a pragmatic and high-performance methodology through a complete program:
-
Collection and reliability of qualified and updated data: consolidation of heterogeneous sources, quality checks, KPI standardization.
-
Asset-level action plans: prioritized based on impact, ROI, and the owner’s operational constraints (works, energy, compliance, CAPEX/OPEX).
-
Fund-level energy/carbon trajectory: aligned with the Tertiary Decree and climate objectives, including milestones, budgets, and monitoring within the digital platform.
During this assignment, MATA CAPITAL brought CEDRUS on board to obtain a rapid, portfolio-wide assessment and automatically generate an optimal first DEET 2030 strategy (the climate component coming next), with the goal of prioritizing actionable levers.
The next steps will consist of additional site visits for the assets with the lowest completeness score, in order to increase the reliability of the collected data.
Result: homogeneous multi-site management, faster decision-making, and the ability to project a measurable and evolving energy/carbon trajectory over time.

Cedrus Solutions: i-Lab laureate!
Cedrus ranks among the top 150 most innovative projects in France: i-Lab recognizes our AI as a major technological breakthrough for the real-estate industry.
We are pleased to announce that Cedrus Solutions is among the 2025 i-Lab award winners, a competition organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation and operated by Bpifrance.
This award highlights our mission: helping real-estate actors collect and secure data, design action plans, and define, plan, and monitor a decarbonization trajectory that combines economic performance, technical feasibility, and environmental excellence.
Our AI-enhanced SaaS platform makes this process more accessible, more actionable, and more cost-effective. A big thank-you to our partners, supporters, and clients for their trust, and to the entire Cedrus team for their daily commitment.
The team is growing
We are delighted to welcome Billel Larfa as Head of Low-Carbon Strategies & Performance, joining our team dedicated to industrializing building renovation through AI.
A graduate with a Master’s degree in Energy & Environment (Sorbonne University), Billel brings solid expertise in:
-
Thermal engineering & HVAC
-
Environmental engineering
-
Certifications (BREEAM, HQE, WELL, BBCA, E+C-)
-
Regulations (Tertiary Decree, BACS Decree, etc.)
With experience at G-ON and NEPSEN, he has led numerous energy-performance projects, environmental audits, and optimization missions for tertiary buildings.
His arrival reinforces our commitment to fast, controlled, and optimized renovation.

Our web app gets new features
Energy & Carbon Trajectory
Strategy creation is now available in the tool: define your financial criteria and environmental and/or regulatory objectives, then project scenarios with asset-level or portfolio-level targets.
Visualize CAPEX needs, associated milestones, expected gains (financial, carbon, energy), and monitor consumption and emissions against targets, in compliance with the Tertiary Decree and other regulations.

Automated report generation
Reports can now be exported in one click (PDF), whether for committees, landlords, investors, or regulatory requirements. All studies produced in the tool can be automatically converted into PDF.
Goals: clarity, traceability, and speed.
Reliability Matrix
A new feature now quantifies the reliability level of results based on the sources and parameters used. It provides a score and a confidence map per source/KPI, with the option to add justifications and propose corrective actions.
A key breakthrough to ensure precise, controlled, and fully transparent results.

The functional rollout is accelerating at Cedrus, and new features are planned for early 2026: Energy Management modules, Climate Resilience modules, and the ability to submit OPERAT declarations directly from the tool in just a few clicks. We also have surprises in store on the ESG front… 👀
End of year means SIMI
Join us at Porte de Versailles from December 9 to 11 at our booth: J.19.1.
We will also be speaking with MATA Capital on Tuesday, December 9 at 5pm in the decarbonization area.
During this conference, dive into a unique feedback session where artificial intelligence accelerates real-estate decarbonization. Alongside the ESG and Asset Management teams at MATA Capital, Cedrus Solutions will reveal how their technology automatically produced the patrimonial, energy, and carbon profiles of 117 assets from the Urban Convenience fund — without site visits, instrumentation, or digital twins. An innovative approach that transforms how data is collected, validated, and leveraged.
Diane Gabriel-Robez (ESG Officer – MATA Capital) and Mathieu Bonin (CEO – Cedrus Solutions) will then explain how AI instantly generates thousands of action bundles to identify priority levers, and then projects an optimal Energy/Carbon trajectory.
The goal: find the best balance between regulatory requirements and financial performance, and offer a new vision for large-scale decarbonization.
